Welcome to UNLEASHED (“we,” “our,” “us”), operated by Assiduus UAB (company code 302682702), registered office at Šermukšnių g. 1, Vilnius, Lithuania, VAT number LT100006530716. By accessing or using unleashed.lt (the “Site”) and placing orders, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

1. Scope

1.1 These Terms govern the sale of UNLEASHED natural essential oil perfumes to consumers and businesses in Lithuania and abroad.
1.2 Additional terms may apply to specific promotions, gift cards, subscriptions, or wholesale arrangements.

2. Orders & Acceptance

2.1 All orders placed via the Site are subject to acceptance by Assiduus UAB. Acceptance occurs when we send an Order Confirmation by email.
2.2 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

3. Pricing & Payment

3.1 Prices are displayed in euros (€), include Lithuanian VAT, and exclude shipping fees. Shipping costs are added at checkout.
3.2 We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and bank transfer. Payment is processed securely at checkout.
3.3 Orders paid by bank transfer must be settled within 3 business days or the order will be automatically canceled.

4. Shipping & Delivery

4.1 Shipping times: Lithuania (1–2 business days); EU (3–5 business days); International (7–14 business days).
4.2 Shipping fees: Lithuania €2.49 (free over €50); EU €7.99 (free over €99); International €14.99 (free over €149).
4.3 Risk of loss transfers to you upon dispatch. You are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees.
4.4 We do not guarantee delivery dates; delays caused by carriers or customs are beyond our control.

5. Returns & Cancellations

5.1 Under Article 6(4)(b) of the Lithuanian Law on Consumer Protection, customized and perishable personal care products are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal. All sales of our handcrafted roll-on perfumes are final.
5.2 You may cancel an order without penalty only before dispatch by contacting info@unleashed.lt. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
5.3 Faulty or damaged goods must be reported within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence. We will, at our discretion, replace or refund defective items.

6. Product Usage & Safety

6.1 Our products are oil-based roll-ons in 10 ml bottles containing pure essential oils and carrier oils.
6.2 Always patch-test before use; discontinued if irritation occurs. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
6.3 For pregnant or nursing individuals, consult a healthcare professional before use.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 All content on the Site—text, graphics, logos, images, and designs—is the property of Assiduus UAB or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark laws.
7.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

8.1 We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and our Privacy Policy.
8.2 By placing an order, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your personal data for order processing, marketing (where consented), and legal compliance.

9. Liability

9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Assiduus UAB’s liability for direct damages arising from product defects or breach of these Terms is limited to the purchase price of the affected products.
9.2 We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profit or data.

10. Confidentiality Provision

All communications, including emails, messages, verbal or written notices, and any other forms of correspondence between the Client and the Company are deemed confidential. Neither party may disclose, publish, or distribute the content, details, or metadata of such communications to any third party or in any public forum without the other party’s prior written consent. This obligation covers all correspondence—text, attachments, metadata, and conversation content—and survives termination of any agreement or cessation of services. Any breach of this provision shall constitute a material breach of contract and may give rise to civil, administrative, or criminal liability under applicable law.

11. Non-Return Policy for Cosmetic Products

Due to hygiene and safety requirements, cosmetic products whose packaging seal (protective sticker, film, or other hermetic closure) has been broken, opened, or whose initial use cannot be clearly verified are neither exchangeable nor refundable. This policy does not apply in cases where the product is defective upon delivery or does not conform to the specifications stated in the contract—in such cases, the customer is entitled to request a replacement or refund in accordance with the Lithuanian Law on Consumer Rights Protection and other applicable regulations.

12. Force Majeure

12.1 Neither party shall be liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, strikes, or government restrictions.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

11.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
11.2 Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be submitted to the Vilnius City Court in Lithuania.

14. Changes to Terms

14.1 We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last Updated” date at the top will reflect changes. Continued use of the Site or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
